I’ve been experiencing a stuttering problem for a couple of months now. Even during short gaming sessions—like Rocket League, Minecraft, or The Escapists 2—I get a noticeable stutter lasting around five seconds. I checked the task manager to see if anything was causing it, but everything seemed normal. I updated my system to the latest BIOS, graphics driver, and Windows 11, even getting an RMA for my GPU. Still nothing resolved it. My next plan is testing different RAM modules and replacing the thermal paste on my CPU. Honestly, I’m not sure what to try next. This is my first PC with a 5900X and a 3080ti. I also considered the power supply might be the issue since I only have a 750W unit, but that shouldn’t be the cause. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You're asking about the difference between SSD and HDD, specifically for your 2TB 970 Evo Plus. It's about choosing between faster storage options.

There is a slight hop in both gpu and cpu, followed by a dip, and then it evens out again. RAM stays level throughout.

Please verify your most recent bio details. The updated versions include fixes for stuttering. Regarding the hub, are there any additional USB devices connected that might be disconnected or reconnected?
