The game won't start properly. Steam can't open it and shows "Unknown error." When I try to launch the executable for Planetside 2, it reports compatibility issues with my Windows version (both 64-bit and 32-bit).

I handle it myself, managed to play it last year for a bit but mostly stuck with BF. Now because of that annoying merge account issue I can't log in to my account. Also, I can't use a brand-new Steam account... It's been installed on Steam for about two days now and it's really frustrating.
