Checked the setup and confirmed dynamic disks work. Are you using Windows 11 or Windows 10?

I'm using Windows 11 and can still do it, though it seems Microsoft no longer backs it. Some home NAS videos mention it's the "old" method, which is surprising since it's been my preferred way.

The traditional method differs from Storage Spaces, even if it isn't actively used—it should remain accessible... curious.
