I'm facing an issue with dying light where I can only hear the character's voice and nothing else. I can't hear gunshots, zombies, or any effects. I tried reinstalling the NVIDIA driver because it has audio support, switched to another set of headphones, disabled surround sound in Logitech software, changed the sound quality settings on Windows, and even plugged my headphones directly into the PC instead of using the sound card or keyboard. Still, it doesn't work. None of my friends have the same problem, and I checked the audio settings in the game, which are correct.

I modified the wording while keeping the original length and structure intact. The changes focused on rephrasing for clarity and precision without altering the intended meaning.

I'm currently operating in these settings. I haven't tested switching them yet. I saw you mentioned disabling surround sound, but it's possible you used these Windows settings instead of your Logitech software.
