I'm really happy I didn't end up purchasing this. So far everyone has mentioned how poorly optimized it is. But honestly, I haven't bought anything major in a while...

I've boosted my 260x to 1080p and everything else is off, but with high texture quality it's consistently hitting 40-55 FPS or more—sometimes even reaching 60+. It can spike higher still, though it usually settles back down to around 40-55 FPS overall. The antialiasing adds a slight slowdown of about 5-8 frames per second, but the visuals remain sharp enough without it, especially during cutscenes. Overall, it runs perfectly on this GPU, though the CPU is handling most of the work (70-98%) while only a small portion (10-25%) is managed by other cores.

adjust the view distance to the lowest setting. this often improves performance without noticeably affecting visuals, unlike the current setup where it causes a significant drop in quality. the issue with pop and lighting is more related to the game's overall optimization than just the slider itself.

According to TotalBiscuit's video, the performance is okay as long as the view distance slider stays under about 15%. The game seems to struggle with multiple threads from the start, which likely points to CPU optimization issues. The SLI configuration also needs improvement. It would have been nice if it met my expectations, so I plan to wait a week or two before checking for updates or acknowledgments from the developers.

Many games operate efficiently on a single or dual core processor.
