Hey there! I just got into dying light and started experimenting with it. I found a reference on YouTube about the EXPcalibur sword and where to get it. Right after leaving the tower, I rushed to the beach to grab it. The issue is it doesn’t appear in my inventory or I can’t use it at all. Do you know if there’s a minimum level requirement? Or maybe I made a mistake somewhere? Any advice would be super helpful!

You need to press x for three minutes to grab it. If you wait, you'll find a blueprint. It also syncs with you. Getting it later in the game is preferable. (or the pick up button isn't clear—I use an Xbox controller on my PC for this game)

According to @ christianled59, you need to wait three minutes before picking it up, but be careful—it explodes when you do, leaving a blueprint behind. It has seven uses in total. Make sure not to throw it away; once you pick it up, you won’t be able to retrieve it again. In my opinion, it’s a solid early-game weapon, though it becomes problematic quickly.

Very long-lasting. Easily exceeds seven uses. Likely lasts about fifty swings before failing.

I tried it and the body caught fire, yet I had nothing left. Probably I should give it another shot—I was just starting out.
