I'm here for you... definitely excited about DX12. Maxwell could be decent, but it's DX12 that brings the real spark.

Direct link via dx 12 links GPU to software, saving processing power that would otherwise go to AI tasks. Dual-core revival could follow soon.

On Windows 10, the live streams mentioned that many game engines are adopting DX12, though nothing has been officially released yet. There are already several games supporting DX12 compatibility, but full implementation is still pending the launch of Windows 10.

The Windows 10 live stream showed a 70 percent boost in speed. Think about the strength of your graphics card now and then imagine adding another 70 percent improvement on top of it.

I hope so 😊 It’s just that Dragon Age and Far Cry 4 didn’t support dual-core processing. (But I heard there was a workaround in Far Cry 4.)

I'm really pumped about it for Star Citizen! It's going to use your CPU hard with the AI.

Everything seems fine during the overclocking process... but if DX12 arrives on schedule, my setup could really take down Star Citizen.

I'm afraid so. Many others will also be interested in playing it.

When I mention "you," it usually means in a general way, right? Your input is fine too.

I hope it works on Ultra. I believe it would work every time it loads.
