I’m reaching out with this information. My setup includes a Zorin OS drive (based on Ubuntu) and another Windows drive, with the Zorin OS being my primary storage. Today I attempted to boot from the Windows drive but encountered the error “grub unknown filesystem,” which only displayed a command prompt. Although my files appear intact, it seems the bootloader isn’t functioning correctly. Any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, please attempt to execute sudo update-grub on Linux and restart the system. Let me know if it works. Best regards.
