For a while I believed my PC was lagging mainly due to settings, but after trying various adjustments it seems the hardware itself might be the issue. My machine is an EVGA Nvidia 3070 with a Ryzen 7 3700X and 32GB DDR4 RAM. I thought the Ryzen 7 3700X was limiting performance, so I upgraded to the Ryzen 7 5800X, but it still doesn’t meet expectations. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you refreshed your profile information? You might also consider using DDU and reinstalling drivers, or a full Windows reinstall if the previous steps fail.
