I resolved the issue—turns out the auto-reboot setting on the Ax20 was causing the mesh to fail each night, simple solution found.

I-ON operates through a division of d vois, they appear to face minimal challenges with data sales. The data cap existed only to differentiate from other unlimited providers until their own plan launched. Exceeding limits triggers instant throttling down to 1 megabit, and during the billing cycle no traditional charges apply—there’s nothing to pay beyond the service itself.

For Jio fiber, there might be a reason they prevent you from switching the router. The set top box that comes with it seems to only work with certain routers. If you try to change the router, you won't be able to configure the name or password through the Jio app, and you'll lose full control.
