The highest speeds I recommend for Zen2/3 processors is around 3800, as this aligns the Infinity Fabric's performance with stability.

Checking the latest Zen 3 CPUs revealed few high-end options at 3800MHz. The one I discovered came with a much higher price tag compared to 3200 and 3600 models. This might be typical or it could depend on your location.

This 3600 kit with 16-16-16-36 settings is from Samsung B-DIE. It can be overclocked up to 3800CL16 on dual channels, and performs marginally better with four sticks using the 3600 XMP profile.
