Sorry for the abrupt shift in subject, but I’m really curious and struggling to find reliable information online. Imagine if I made a backup Windows OS using my USB drive (a bootable flash disk). Is it only for my laptop, or can I use it to start a new Windows installation on my PC if I reformat it? I’m trying to understand when Windows will stop being the official or licensed operating system for me. Specifically, I’m confused about product keys and license information—could someone clarify that for me? Thanks in advance!
