Are you sure you need both 8 pins connected for the 7800x3D? I haven’t used a Mobo with dual 8 pins before. Model: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI

You really don't need it for the 7950X. The second 8-pin is just for filling out a datasheet, even when using LN2 it won’t deliver much more than about 400W. It’s not risky to connect it, but there’s no practical reason beyond appearance.
