You'll need to install your drivers on the second bootable drive, then boot from that drive and select the desired partition or device during setup.

It seems there might be some misunderstanding about the process. If you're started in Windows drivers, it's best to follow the standard steps as shown: manufacturer's site > download > install > restart.
