I completed that process then attempted to install the drivers once more, but the same error persisted!!!!!!

They're quite engaged on social platforms. You might consider tweeting them or reaching out directly. A better approach would be contacting the card manufacturer (like Sapphire or Gigabyte) to check if they have any guidance, as no one else seems to be responding here. I’d prefer to assist further, but my current setup doesn’t allow me to use the AMD system personally, so I’m not familiar with a solution.

I faced problems with my 280, so I tried to install drivers manually. I picked the AMD Display Driver first, restarted the system, and then reinstalled it. The other updates came later, like CCC and others.
