You're having trouble installing Windows because it claims there are no drivers available for your new Crucial SSD. Try checking the manufacturer's website or contacting their support for assistance.

It should have come with a disk, right? I haven’t heard of it before. You can’t put drivers in without Windows, and you can’t install Windows without drivers?

That’s really confusing. When I spoke with the person from Microsoft, they suggested running the disk with the MSI motherboard first to get the drivers. I was surprised—how could you install drivers without the operating system?

From what I understand, drivers generally need an operating system to function properly. It seems you're wondering if it's possible to run Windows directly from a disk without using the OS during installation.

Verify your SATA configuration. The SSD should use ACHI mode. For drivers, you can obtain them on a different machine first and transfer them to USB, or download them after installing the OS. If you require the LAN driver before connection, obtain it from the DVD and update afterward.

Check if you're installing Windows 7 and ensure you're using the most recent ISO with SP1.
