Consider the Windows update driver (2016), the motherboard CD-ROM utility, and the official Realtek software. The 2023 version from the Realtek website should work best for your ASUS H81-CS board.

I checked what Windows has already installed and the latest online version is also functioning properly. It seems they appear identical, which explains the lack of performance differences. However, the latest version is still needed because your model isn’t recognized on supported devices.
