I've been working on fixing a driver problem for two weeks now. I've checked every possible reason, down to just one driver version being incorrect. I regularly use the game bar on Windows to talk with friends who play on PC or Xbox. My Xbox controller works fine, but the Xbox headset stopped functioning about two weeks ago. I've tried it on four other computers—ranging from Windows 10 to 11—all updated and running smoothly. The driver on my problematic machine (version 10.0.22621.1) is newer than the others (10.0.19041.1), but no updates are available. I’ve attached images for reference. After trying all possible fixes, I’m stuck because the rollback option is hidden and I can’t copy drivers from the old PC to the new one. I need guidance on reverting it back. Help would be great.
