hi, i am new guy (noob) have the issue since last time i install another gpu driver. Now i using AMD latest driver 14.4, having an issue on monitor did not sleep or standby, FYI, i am a person that always turn on my computer 24/7 and when the time i sleep, i always let my monitor automatic standby. These issue did not cause me a problem when i am using the older ver of driver which is 13.2 . But to play a new game i need to use the latest driver since the newer driver more optimize the game that i wanted to play. I hope there is a fix or guide to solve these issue. tq

Hello! Welcome to the forums. Have you looked into the power settings for Windows yet? You can also find these options through the Catalyst Control Center.

Have you verified your display configurations? Your monitor also offers automatic power-saving features.

I verify it myself, though the result remains unchanged. Minibois confirms as well; I also test, but my display lacked that option.

In the Catalyst Control Center, the Power profile area includes a "Turn off display" choice.

Consider a complete system reset of the drivers.

Thank you to Minibois and DigitalHermit. I’m going back to version 13.2 even though there’s an unoptimized gaming mode. At least I’ve tried all your advice and guides. The standby monitor is still more important than the game itself. I’ll wait for the new driver release and try again. Appreciate your help!

No problem at all! You can reach out to the community again for assistance whenever needed. It’s better to adjust the settings manually rather than relying on auto-optimization, as this often leads to a smoother gaming session. Thanks!
