Driver irq not less than or equal and ntoskrnl.exe?
Has the system been broken since day one? You didn't say up front, but if you've bought three different 16GB RAM kits by now as a troubleshooting step then it very much seems likely. It's a shame you didn't work it out while you had warranties and RMA options, but I am of the opinion that you should either wipe everything completely and hand it over to a professional repair shop or buy yourself a new motherboard and CPU (or better yet, a prebuilt containing these). There might be nothing at all wrong with the ones you have, but outright replacement is the only practical way you have of eliminating your CPU and motherboard as culprits.
> Could this error be caused by some system updates or other software or is it just a hardware issue?
There's no reason to think you don't have software issues, but your main problem sure looks like a hardware issue to me. A poorly seated component, bad power supply or voltage regulation, a shorted trace, a broken CPU pin, improperly installed mainboard shorting against the case, a severe thermal issue... who knows. It's complicated enough that you'd really want a test bench with a bunch of spare parts you can test with to properly isolate; in the absence of such, you probably want to start replacing parts. Expensive and slow, but I think you will likely be forever plagued by issues until you do it.
Sorry for the slow response, I've been quite occupied here...
This might actually be your issue. Combining RAM units, even if they share the same part number, isn't recommended. It's important to use matching RAM sticks, always purchasing them as a single matched set.
I plan to replace the two 16GB sticks and check for stability. I value the fact that the newer units have worked well for six months, but it's still possible they've aged differently. Any mismatched RAM should be removed first, since it's a frequent reason for BSODs.
