Keep the internet off until you reinstall; otherwise, Windows may install the default driver automatically unless you turned it off. This doesn’t always happen.

You're confirming the right driver is in use, as AMD has discontinued support for that card, and Adrenalin 23.11.1 is the final version with compatibility.
