Hello, I've noticed this issue for a few days now. My GPU driver frequently crashes during games, causing freezes or quits and showing an error that the driver has failed. This has happened with Overwatch 2 and EA FC 24. I can restart the game without problems. I've used DDU, reinstalled the latest drivers, even rolled back to older versions, but the problem persists. A new error appears when watching on YouTube—full screen toggles freeze Chrome, requiring a task manager exit. An AMD program pops up warning it's in safe mode due to a crashed graphics driver. This only occurs on YouTube with Chrome, not other sites or browsers. Any advice would be appreciated!

Specs: CPU 7900X, Mobo ROG Strix B650E-F, GPU EVGA RTX 3080, RAM 32GB DDR5 (no XMP), PSU CORSAIR 850W, Windows 10 64-bit.

Remove GPU device drivers from DDU and install an older version such as 3 or 4 months back to test for stability issues.

It seems you might have an AMD driver you shouldn't have. Locate it and turn it off in the services folder—uninstalling it usually fixed the problem completely.

Sure, a visual would make it clearer. Also, this matches the tool you’re looking for—likely the one to turn off in services.

Hello, thanks for your message! This pop-up appeared only during the recent YouTube problem today, not in any other game crashes. I've included a screenshot of it. I've also turned it off on my services.

Have you attempted to run your PC using a single RAM stick? Observe the improvements, reinstall Windows and install all drivers directly from the motherboard manufacturer's website. Also, make sure to update the BIOS version.

What is happening? It seems your AMD system crashes despite having an NVIDIA graphics card.

It seems the download might have occurred due to your high-resolution setup. I’ve never used an AMD GPU before.
