I'm facing some problems with my backup drive cluster setup. It has three 500GB WD Blue drives in data parity mode running Windows 10 Manage Storage Spaces. Everything seems normal—no errors, all checks pass, and data integrity is intact. However, when the system boots, one of the drives suddenly fails SMART validation and reports it’s about to fail. Yet once I open Windows, no issues appear and all tests succeed. This is confusing, and I’m not sure what’s going wrong.
