Hello, today while working my laptop crashed with a BSOD and after recovery the C drive shows this error (attached image). Not sure what's happening—check the disk management, it looks normal. Files in the Documents folder work fine, but some apps like Discord don’t launch. In File Explorer you can see properties for the drive on the left and Disk Management on the right. Any advice? Thanks ahead.

Use the Windows recovery utilities on the USB you created during installation. It appears something is corrupted, so running sfc /scannow in CMD as an administrator might help. Even if the tool isn’t strong enough for serious problems, it’s safe to try and won’t cause damage.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, I don’t have a USB drive because the operating system was installed by an independent repair service. A scan detected corrupt files, but it couldn’t be repaired. The attached log file is CBS.log.

He ended up setting up and completely reinstalling Windows, but it seems to have succeeded.
