The reliable method is to disconnect the power and take out the CMOS battery for a short time. Certain boards include a switch that resets the CMOS. If not, look for a header on the motherboard with two pins marked like "CLR CMOS" or similar. Disconnect the system and connect a metal object, such as a screwdriver, to the pins for 10-20 seconds.
The most recent BIOS update was released after the X570 model was introduced. If your board is older than that point, you should upgrade to a version supporting AGESA 1.2 or later.
