Hi friends, i have three bios options listed like the title suggests. Which one should I pick?
I have a Haswell CPU OC with a multiplier of 45x and the clock speed is set at the default 100MHz.
What i need is that the FSB ratio be as synchronized as possible, because cpu-z shows me an FSB ratio of 1:9 (my ram is 2400MHz).
Could you give me some advice?

Actually, what I'm seeking is that the fsb ratio be as aligned as feasible.
This was a minor advantage (especially when OCing), except if you're heavily OCing there, otherwise it's not necessary.

Why? I didn't understand it at first, but now it makes more sense to me. Thanks everyone.
