During the process, I noticed the system became unstable when EXPO was active. This suggests a connection between EXPO configuration and the boot problem. To pinpoint the cause, I should test each component individually—check RAM, CPU health, and motherboard functionality—without relying on additional parts. This will help narrow down the exact source of the issue.

I made some advancement today. Yesterday, except for what was mentioned above, I spent the whole day gaming. The PC ran smoothly all day without any issues. This morning I powered on the machine again and it froze during startup due to the orange DRAM LED. None of the previous fixes that got it to POST worked this time. The system remains stuck at boot with the LED illuminated. Then I realized there might be another computer using DDR5 RAM. I verified it was indeed the case. I’m not sure why I missed this earlier—I thought all my other systems used DDR4. I installed a DDR5 RAM kit, but the machine still wouldn’t start. The same problem persists: it gets stuck on the orange DRAM LED even with different RAM. Right now, I’m trying my main RAM setup in another computer. That one boots without problems, even with EXPO enabled. I’m currently running MemTest, and everything appears to be functioning properly so far. Summary: RAM is fine. The next likely culprits are the motherboard or CPU. Anyone have experience with this situation? What’s the best method to figure out if the issue lies with the motherboard or the CPU? Running primary RAM tests in another PC with EXPO ON produced no errors and it started normally.

In short, I own a PC with DDR5 RAM, a compatible CPU, and a motherboard, so I was able to check everything out. I’m really inexperienced—I completely missed that my previous setup used DDR4. Sorry for the oversight; if I’d noticed sooner, I wouldn’t have needed help. Thanks to everyone who assisted—it turned out the CPU isn’t working.
