It looks like you purchased the kits around the same time, yet you got RAM modules with varying chip types and specifications. Organizing them this way could help because each new and older module would occupy its own channel.

Use one stick of RAM, whether new or outdated. Send a POST to each RAM slot, attempting four times.

I don't understand what's happening. I've tested various setups with all four RAM sticks. Sometimes the PC would start, other times it wouldn't. When I tried again, the ones that didn't boot would still cause issues and I was confused about how they worked. I believe the RAM is functioning correctly, but the motherboard seems to be the problem. What do you think?
