Hello, I just finished my second try at a 12th gen build after waiting two weeks because of the same problem. I’m not sure what caused it or how to fix it—the graphics card will show a long CPU delay before shutting down and then restarting. Any advice would be really helpful. My system is an i7-12700k with MSI 3070 Ti, Aorus Elite AX Z690, Mobo Trident Z5 RGB, 2x16GB RAM, and 6000mAh battery.

Indicates a problem during RAM training. Has CMOS been reset? Is the RAM placed properly? Have you attempted a single stick setup? Did you test each stick in its respective slot?

Did you manage to locate the answer? You're facing the same problem with these components and can't get your new PC to start. The DRAM and CPU are flashing lights, it powers off and restarts. You've already checked all the troubleshooting steps. Your setup includes an Intel 12th Gen i7-12700F on a GIGABYTE Z690 UD AX DDR4 board with Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB RAM at 3200MHz, plus an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GAMING X 12G.

Updated for those needing it later. The only solution came from swapping to older RAM modules. It looks like the system didn’t accept the newer Corsaid RAM sticks from the previous configuration.
