Dragon Age Inquisition MEGATHREAD discussion!
If you focus on 3k hits, your damage is poor early and midgame, with some uncertainty about later stages. However, being a bow ranger can actually be fun. The mage class is the strongest, while the warrior offers the best balance. Rogue works mainly as an archer.
Since I just reached level 2, I’m sure I’ll be facing some really basic challenges.
Enjoy the game, it's really fun. I've been playing at level 18 this week, completing side quests. I even got so caught up in the story that I had to watch Dawn of the Seeker. I developed a new interest in Cassandra—great storytelling too. Be sure to add your companion storylines occasionally. Good luck!
I'm enjoying my gathering and Inquisitor seems fine, even though it shouldn't be. I'm using a Tal-Vashoth two-handed fighter with The Iron Bull—Hassrath—who should clash—but they don't. Varric, who saw the Qunari in Kirkwall, and Dorian from Tevinter, both have been at odds with the Qun for centuries. Their exchanges are sharp and insightful.
You're on the right track. Just a brief reminder to avoid selling your "research items"—they look yellow and get flagged as valuables. It's simple to just clear everything at once, but some items might be missed. You can drop them off at your home base. A quick tip: keep an eye on what you're actually offering. By the end of the game, this could make a big difference in how much damage you take from certain enemies.
Don't stress about it since there are many resources available for your study.
