I experienced these DirectX issues after a short while in the game, despite spending 17 hours preparing without any problems. Now it's crashing every few minutes on my 780 Ti GHz edition, which is strange.

Consider adjusting the clock speeds, even if they start at factory settings. Reducing them to standard levels might prevent crashes.
