Hi, I recently received an impressive gift—a 165Hz 1440p monitor—but I already have a 240Hz 1080p setup. I’m curious how switching between them impacts my gaming experience, especially for casual and competitive shooters and single-player titles. I currently play R6 at 450dpi on my 240Hz display. Should I maintain the same dpi or adjust it to 600 for the new monitor? Also, with screen sizes of 24.5 inches versus 27 inches, it feels a bit different even at the same resolution. Am I risking losing my platinum rank by not sticking to one monitor size or resolution? Should I go ahead and sell the 240Hz model? Or should I keep both? Am I overcomplicating this? Maybe just pick a dpi I’m comfortable with and revert to 450 when using the 24.5" 240hz setup.

It seems you're looking for more trial and error to discover what works best. These insights are personal, so it's important to test what suits you.
