My highest speed reached 429.8KB/s, but it's currently around 2.8KB/s with constant changes... No one else seems to be downloading, only streaming... I didn't realize you could achieve that.

I attempted to switch my download server, but it didn’t make a difference. I ended up leaving my PC on overnight for more than seven nights while downloading Fallout 4, which is about 25GB. I turned it off during the day because I needed to go to work, so there were no power-related problems.
