The game being played is Witcher 3, and I’m checking if I need to install the three patches. I also want to know where to get the free DLCs except for the Beard and Hairstyle add-on—I’d like the full set.

They are simply complimentary DLCs available in the shop that you can add, review, and purchase.

Near the large green "Play" option is a "more" button. This reveals a drop-down menu. Choose "more" there. From that page, you can toggle automatic patching on and off. You also have the ability to turn any DLC you own for the game on or off.

You can obtain the DLC from the Free DLC Program. It automatically updates your game when new releases are available. You don’t need to disable anything separately.

You should also be able to get the patches from the GOG site and install them by simply running the file. The game appears in GOG Galaxy even though you're using their website.

The patches would be added automatically, eliminating the need to download them separately. Since automatic patching is active, I’m curious about obtaining the DLC without purchasing it through the store.
