The IP address is constantly shifting, yet I managed to locate it for you: http://188.138.9.242/. It serves as a repository of supposedly pristine, unaltered ISO files from MSDN and TechNet. You should definitely confirm their integrity by comparing SHA1 values with Microsoft's official records. Additionally, you'll need a valid license key to install and activate the ISO. Be aware that if your device uses an OEM key, this retail version might not function properly. Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3 (x86) Retail CD (English) – Size: 589.14 MB MD5: F424A52153E6E5ED4C0D44235CF545D5 SHA1: 1c735b38931bf57fb14ebd9a9ba253ceb443d459
Earlier (when the site was still at 91.121.154.109) I checked a few Win7 ISO files from that folder myself, and they matched the hashes shared on technet. Many also noted that Microsoft support would confirm the IP belongs to Microsoft. Still, running a hash check is wise just to ensure the download went smoothly. Unfortunately, this directory only contains the Russian version of the Home edition in its filenames (the language code is the first two characters). I own an older XP Home x86 ISO with SP2 and the standard installer to upgrade it to SP3, but with my slow upload speed it will take a long time to publish. Still, I’m fine with waiting if you have time.
