Hey there, I recently purchased some Steam games during the sale, right? But my home Wi-Fi has a data limit that could get hit if I download them locally. Still, I have a MacBook that I can take to neighbors who are okay with me using their connection. Can I download the game on my MacBook and then move it to my PC? The game is pretty expensive if you're considering the cost. Appreciate any advice! Let me know if this was in the wrong forum.

I believe Steam won't allow downloading games outside of OS X. That's not entirely clear to me.

This process may require a significant amount of time, but it is feasible once you have all the games installed on your PC. After that, launching the installation through Steam will automatically recognize the game files in your Steam library directory.
