I believed my connection was lagging. (My speed is around 20down, 5up, and I experience roughly 10-15 slowdowns on Steam.)

The files are hosted on Steam/SteamApps/common. You should be able to transfer them to an external drive and use them locally. It seems the compatibility with Steam might be an issue, but you can try copying it there.

It's frustrating thinking Telstra charges $150 for 25GB of internet and then drops it to slow speeds when you exceed the limit. My parents used to say dial-up was actually quicker and more dependable than the dial-up they experienced.

It took me four days to finish the download, and after installing it, I discovered it had more issues than both Syria and Iraq combined.

It needs to be downloaded via the Steam Client, even though you're attempting to use it now. I've experienced this before.

I’ve shifted games between computers and accounts several times. Save the game files in the Steam/SteamApps/common directory, launch Steam, and click install. It functions perfectly.
