TDP-up frequency can be adjusted between 2.40 GHz and 28 W, while TDP-down ranges from 900 MHz to 12 W.
These specifications reflect the evolving range of laptop CPUs today, with configurable stability settings influencing performance.
I want to reduce the power consumption because:
1) I don’t want the fans to spin when watching movies on my lap—it gets hot.
2) It would help extend battery life.
Currently, with the Intel XTU and -0.145 CoreV, I haven’t noticed any issues.
