doubt about CPU OC
I'm reviewing this overclocking guide you shared. It seems you're noticing a pattern where the core's clock alternates between high and lower speeds after prolonged testing with prime95. For example, cores 0 through 5 show maximum MHz, while cores 6 and 7 operate at about half that level, switching every second. This behavior appears normal for cooling purposes. Changing the settings to "extreme" might contribute to this effect.
It's a power saving feature called Cool n Quiet.

AMD Cool'n'Quiet is a CPU dynamic frequency scaling and power saving technology introduced by AMD with its Athlon 64 processor line. It works by reducing the processor's clock rate and voltage when the processor is idle.
