DOOM 2016 is an intense experience, but the campaign often overshadows the multiplayer anytime. The new "Free for all" Deathmatch feels frustrating, as anyone would prefer a shooter game without such annoyances. Without a season pass, most players will leave, leaving you with long waits of 5-7 minutes for a basic multiplayer session that lacks variety.
