Doom 2016 issue

Experiencing problems with Doom 2016 on my PC. Functioned properly yesterday but now it stutters and takes a long time to start and load. Unclear what's causing the issue. Appreciate your help.

if you own the game on Steam and time is running out, consider removing and reinstalling it or reformatting your drive (just in case). Steam usually keeps your game progress safe, but if you're concerned about losing anything, take precautions.

I'm not concerned with the advancement, I'm fine with retrying. I've removed it and am now reinstalling it.

If there were updates for windows, sometimes they mention standard graphics drivers. Consider reinstalling those drivers.

Windows hasn't been updated during my Doom problem. I'll try reinstalling the drivers, cheers
