I previously had a x470 gaming plus max with 3600MHz RAM, but I returned it and received a Gigabyte B550 Pro AC. The system has the XMP profile 1 active, yet it still displays RAM speed as 2666MHz.
Check if the RAM is installed on the system. Consider updating the BIOS if needed.
Consider alternative settings by turning on XMP. Instead of keeping it on auto, set the correct MHz and timing values manually (later is helpful but not required).
