Don't receive a picture following the setup of the AIO Cooler.
I'm just starting out in the pc community and recently built a system without any issues. I upgraded my stock amd cooler to an AIO liquid cooler and installed it. After turning on the PC, the AIO turned on with all the fans, but I don’t see any video output when I connect my HDMI to the GPU. My M.2 slot is no longer blinking either. I can power on the case with the power button, but it stays on and my keyboard and mouse lights up briefly before turning off again. Could this be a short circuit caused by alcohol getting on the motherboard during cleaning, or is there another reason?
