Domain settings for multiple logins in Windows 10
Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this has been addressed before. The problem I'm facing is this. I have several users in my domain, and one or more will leave for lunch. I need to perform actions on their computers, but they don't log out of their accounts—they just lock them by walking away or pressing Win+L. For example, if Marry is logged in, she leaves, doesn’t log off, and I can’t access her system without risking loss of important data that took hours to set up. When I try to log in using my admin credentials, I’m completely blocked. All I see is the login screen saying “Other User” followed by “Welcome.” At this point, I have no choice but to reboot their computers because they’re stuck in an endless loop trying to log in while Marry is already logged on. I’ve searched online, watched tutorials, even consulted my old IT director, who thinks it might be a group policy issue. But I’m still struggling to find the right policy name. I’ve also double-checked it. If anyone has any advice or resources that could help, I’d really appreciate it.
Each user account comes with its own Roaming Profile ready to use. I’ve confirmed the Group Policy isn’t broken, and it’s definitely not a problem—I’ve verified everything is in order.
