I purchased it eight months ago and need to restart the PC to get it back up and running. Any help would be appreciated. I tried a basic driver reinstall, but the cursor disappears and it doesn’t sound like it’s disconnected. The sensor light still stays on but disappears often. Please let me know if there’s anything else you can do.

Are you sure there isn't another mouse you could use to check if the USB connection is the issue?

All other mice are functioning properly, I believe the issue is only with the Viper Mini.

Try sanitizing the sensors at the base using a Q-Tip and rubbing alcohol.

I did that, sir. Still the same issue. Kept trying all ports. When the PC temperature drops at night it works, but during the day it fails more often.
