I noticed YouTube clips displaying around 200 FPS at high settings and 1080p with 7700k in Warzone. Yet I’m facing inconsistent 144 FPS even when using low settings. My frame rate fluctuates between 110 and 150. For reference, I can maintain a steady 80 FPS with 1060 6G. I suspect the RAM speed might be a factor, but it could also significantly affect performance. While playing the game, I frequently see GPU and CPU usage between 60-80%, rarely exceeding 90%.
RAM won't fix the issue, it might only slightly boost performance. The real cause is elsewhere.

Same as before, I updated the bios and used DDU to clear and install the latest driver. I tried several different ports too. Could reseating RAM solve this problem? I haven’t really done it yet since my mini ATX setup uses nh-d15s for the CPU cooler, which is tricky to reinstall. Have you come across any situations where reseating RAM fixed something similar?
It won't change much. You might consider purchasing new high-speed RAM, check out this video, and decide if it's beneficial.
Thanks for the video. Honestly, I’m planning to upgrade my motherboard for Zen 3 regardless. I think I’ll stick with what I have until then, just to get some faster RAM sticks. A 150M motherboard only supports 2133 MHz, which feels pretty limited. I don’t want to spend extra on a newer Intel board right now since I’m targeting Zen 3.
