My processor is Intel Core i5-7300HQ and my graphics card is GTX 1050. Is this causing a bottleneck or overclocking issue, and what does that imply?

Bottlenecking happens when a part cannot handle sufficient information for another to be completely used.
Overclocking involves increasing the speed of a component beyond its standard settings.
