Does your mouse get stuck at 500Hz?
Hi everyone. I own an Xpg primer mouse. When I purchased this mouse, I checked my specifications and it listed 1000hz. Yesterday, when I tested it, the maximum I saw was 500hz. Can anyone assist me? My mouse does actually support 1000hz. I tried a few things: installed mouse software (but didn’t find any hz setting), removed the driver from Device Manager, and updated my BIOS.

Not detecting a "polling rate" test through the zowie link.
Lack of a Zowie mouse.
Found instructions on adjusting the report (polling) rate in Hz.
Ensure the mouse is unplugged.
For 125 Hz: Hold button 4+5 and plug into USB, wait for wheel to light up.
For 500 Hz: Hold button 5 and plug in, wait for wheel to light up.
For 1000 Hz: Hold button 4 and plug in, then set rate to 1.000 Hz.
(Only proceed if you previously changed to 125 or 500 Hz.)
(My underlining.)
Consider trying "c." but it seems you need to raise the polling rate first by a. and b.
I discovered this information on my xpg primer website.
XPG Primer offers three different polling speeds: 250Hz (blue), 500Hz (green), and 1000Hz (red). To adjust these rates, press the right button while simultaneously scrolling the wheel for three seconds. A flash will signal that the change has been saved.
I attempted but it didn't work.
What exactly failed? For instance, no flashes, incorrect colors?
Are the XPG Primer site (link?) procedures identical to Zowies?
Does the right-click button and scroll wheel "numbers" align correctly?
I’m also curious about the suitable mouse drivers.
