Have you attempted adjusting it manually to 58? The trc value remains important, though it only slightly affects latency—still around 85, which is quite high.

I switched it to manual because I saw the XMP setting was 58, which was automatic on the motherboard. The SOC voltage is currently 1.1V when automatic, and lowering it to 1.05 would be a step back.
