Well, you didn't mention that you made those tasks. We often receive many of these inquiries here, when individuals are curious about the tasks running on their computers and whether they are safe or malicious. That's why I assumed you were asking a similar question.

Yeah, I should have mentioned that. My bad. I ran them manually one time to test them, and they executed properly. I just wanted a second opinion real quick to triple check my work. Thank you for your help =)

That was the task that existed there. It wouldn't run even when scheduled, so I removed it and created my own.

I believe it's just checking if a trim is necessary on the schedule.
If not, it proceeds without action.
If required, it sends a trim command.
Depending on disk activity, it might take days before the trim is issued.
I've configured it to verify daily, yet the actual command is sent roughly monthly.
